How much does it cost to add a relationship?
There are no fees for this but we do ask if you can make a voluntary donation to help cover running costs. Recent and top donators get their relationship listed on the top donators page. You can increase or make a donation at any time from the store page.
How long does it take to deliver printed certificates and letters from the store?
We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days to the UK (see store page for international delivery options), any delays will be listed on the store page. You can also choose the print your own option and immediately print out your certificate or letter.
Can I edit my record on the blockchain?
Unfortunately not, the main premise behind a blockchain is that it is permanent and cannot be changed. Perhaps think about trying to work things out with your significant other. If you made a grammatical error and have made donations / purchases then support might be able to help you move these to a new record with the correct details.
